This document provides guidance and suggestions for cosmetics manufacturers in terms of biodiversity protection principles, biodiversity assessment, biodiversity management, biodiversity protection actions, access and benefit sharing of genetic resources, and management of invasive alien species in raw material production areas.

This document applies to guiding cosmetics manufacturers to conduct biodiversity protection work in the original production areas of utilizing plant raw materials, and promote biodiversity protection,sustainable utilization and genetic benefit sharing in raw material production areas.
