This International Standard specifies the requirements and test methods for compatibility testing ofpolyethylene-based plastics Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) and composite IBCs with plastics innerscontaining liquids. The testing involves storage with the packaged substance, or with a standard liquid asdefined in Annex A. Annex B describes small scale laboratory tests, which may be used to determine theassimilation of those products to be carried with the standard liquids.This International Standard should be used in conjunction with one or more of the international regulations setout in the Bibliography.
