This Technical Report specifies an initial set of quality measure elements in order to assist users ofISO/IEC TR 9126-2, ISO/IEC TR 9126-3 and ISO/IEC TR 9126-4 and users of the SQuaRE series of qualitymeasurement standards ISO/IEC 2502n in the selection and use of the quality measures for software productquality evaluation and in the selection of the entities to be measured in the software product lifecycle.This Technical Report containsa) a description of the concept of quality measure elements,b) considerations for using quality measure elements,c) a set of quality measure elements.This Technical Report is intended for, but not limited to, developers, acquirers and independent evaluators ofsoftware product, particularly those responsible for defining software product quality requirements and forsoftware product evaluation.
