This part of ISO 2846 specifies the colour and transparency to be produced by inks intended for four-colourcoldset web offset printing when printed under specified conditions on a printability tester. It also describes thetest method to ensure conformance.This part of ISO 2846 is not applicable to fluorescent inks and does not specify pigments (or spectralreflectance) so as not to preclude the use of future suitable pigment combinations and still claim compliancewith its colorimetric requirements.
