本标准规定了用高碘酸盐氧化光度法测定氧化锰量。本标准适用于白灰石、白云石中氧化锰量（以MnO量计）的测定，也适用于冶金石灰中氧化锰量的测定。测定范围：氧化锰量大于0.005%。
